In the evening hours of the first day of the conference, a gathering was organized for the Organizing Committee and conference participants. Over light bites, desserts, sparkling wine, and a cake marking the 18th edition of our conference, we exchanged impressions from the just-concluded first day of the event.

The gathering took place in the hotel’s “Hortenzija” garden and was attended by our students as well—those who participated either by presenting their work or by joining the debate held on June 4.

In a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, we enjoyed light-hearted conversations, storytelling, and newly formed friendships. People spoke and communicated in several different languages, yet we all shared and understood the same language of togetherness that evening.
