Information for incoming Erasmus+ students

Nominations and applications for the summer semester of 2021/22 are open until January 20th, 2022.
Application procedure
1. Send us an e-mail at erasmus@vvg.hr stating your home institution, desired mobility period and type (study or traineeship)
2. Have your home institution send us a nomination e-mail
3. Document preparation

- Mobility for studies – Check the UASVG course list and prepare your Learning Agreement
- Mobility for traineeship – Talk to us about finding you a mentor, prepare your Traineeship agreement
4. Fill out the Application form (doc) and send us a PDF and DOC copy of the form along with the following documents or use the Erasmus Dashboard for the Online Learning Agreement (if your institution supports it)
- CV
- Learning or Traineeship Agreement proposal (signed by you and the person in charge at your institution)
- Grade transcript and certificate of enrolment (issued by your home institution)
- Copy of passport or ID card (EU citizens)
