• virtual online period: May 12th to 16th,  2025
• physical mobility: May 31st to June 4th 2025 (BIP starts on Saturday, May 31st and ends on Wednesday, June 4th, without interruption)

Important info

• Your home institution will provide funding for your trip and mobility period 
• Programme will take place at University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica (map) and Šapjane Camp (map)
• Transport from Velika Gorica to Šapjane Camp will be organised by UASVG
• Meals and accommodation will be provided for participants in camp, from May 31st to June 2nd
• Participants should find accommodation in Opatija from June 2nd to 4th

• The weather in this part of Croatia in June is usually warm during the day (over 30 °C), but it can get chilly over night or when it rains
